Project Description: Project Description: SR A1A from Mercedes River Bridge to Sunrise Blvd is a 3.5 miles of 4 lane divided roadway with some segment of 5-lane section and 2 lane sections at the split of the southbound and the northbound. This project is located in the City of Fort Lauderdale. HSQ Group, Inc. responsibility as a sub consultant consisted of pavement designs, drainage design at the widening of Sunrise Blvd from the Intercostal Water Way Bridge to SR A1A, permitting, utilities coordination and post design services.

3 Mile Major Arterial Restoration, Rehabilitation and Resurfacing (RRR) project. Responsibilities included supervising engineers for utility coordination, pavement design, drainage modifications and permitting which included new inlets, control structures, conflict structures, pavement spread calculations, exfiltration design and flood routing analyses, mini drip report for Sunrise Blvd from the intercostal Bridge to SR A1A which was part of this project.
