The scope included the design of the water distribution, sewage collection and drainage systems. The project also involved the design and permitting of major off-site roadway and utility improvement within Southwest 87th Avenue (S.F.W.M.D. Levee), which required coordination with both the Miami-Dade Public Works Department and South Florida Water Management District.
