Project Description: 256 Single Family Homes within a 152 acre property
A Miami-Dade County 160 acre master planned traditional neighborhood development (TND) including both residential and commercial uses throughout the property. HSQ Group, Inc was responsible for the design, permitting and construction management of the 40 acre multi-family and commercial portions. The water distribution and wastewater collection infrastructures consisted of approximately 8,000 linear feet of 12” water main and 4,400 linear feet of 8” and 10” sewer main installations. The project also included the design coordination with MD-WASD on the off-site 24” water main and 20” force main connections. The master development required a public MD-WASD regional pump station with emergency generator housing which we were also involved in with another design consultant.
