Project Description: 15 Acre Townhome Community – 134 Units

HSQ Group, Inc. was the lead planner and civil engineer for the project. They were responsible for processing the Land Use Plan Amendment, Rezoning, and Site Plan thru the City of Coconut Creek. The project included purchasing an off-site lake to meet drainage requirements, which included a 400-acre drainage basin study.
