Project Description: 5 Acre Office Complex
HSQ Group was the design engineer for the civil portion of the project including the design and permitting of the water distribution, sewage collection and drainage systems. The adjacent master sewage lift station was evaluated in order to confirm that the existing capacity could handle the additional flows from the new development. The project involved the construction of off-site sidewalks and bus stop landing improvements within the FDOT State Road 84 right-of-way. The scope of services also included permitting and coordination with both the Florida Department of Transportation and Broward County Traffic Engineering Department.
