Nour Shehadeh graduated from the University of Toledo, Ohio, in 1987 with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He has more than 33 years of experience in project management, as well as utility design and coordination. He has completed numerous roadway projects, ranging from minor intersections to entire complex, new roadway corridors.

His extensive experience includes roadway design, drainage and flood routing designs, government permitting, drainage report preparation, and construction administration. His long-term involvement in Florida Department of Transportation D4, D5 and D6, Palm Beach County, Broward County, Dade County, Collier County, Martin County, Port St. Lucie County, and other municipalities allow him to bring strong and seasoned experience to engineering projects.

Nour is a member of the Florida Engineering Society, The American Society of Engineers, The National Society of Engineers, and the Building Association of South Florida.
