County Roadway Project

HSQ is the prime consultant for this project. The scope consists of 1.5 miles of a 4-lane roadway. A total of 9 sub-consultants are involved on this project under the direction of Mr. Nour Shehadeh. Some of the services provided include signal design, bridge design and environmental impact analysis.

50 Single Family Homes

The project consisted of a water distribution, sewage collection and drainage system. As part of the development, West Mowry Drive (Southwest 320^th Street) was expanded by one additional traffic lane for the entire length of the project.

200 Unit Low-Income Housing

HSQ Group, Inc. was the lead planner and civil engineer for the project. Responsibilities included; processing the land use plan amendment, rezoning and site planning. The project was developed for the Broward County Housing Authority and obtained USGBC LEED – Silver Accreditation as the first affordable housing LEED project in the state of Florida.

Hotel Facility

HSQ Group, Inc was responsible for modifying the overall PUD for Villa Portofino East to accommodate for the Hampton Inn. The scope of work also included the site plan preparation and processing. Construction plans preparation for water, sewer, paving and grading, signing and pavement marking, cost estimation, permitting from Miami-Dade County DERM and construction inspection were also part of the scope of services for this Commercial Center.
