Located within the City of North Lauderdale in Broward County. The development consisted of 220 garden apartments within a 10.8 acre site.  The property is surrounded by the Florida Turnpike, State Road 7 and the McNabb Road Overpass.  The project involved coordination with the Florida Department of Transportation in order to install a school zone within State Road 7.  The scope of the off-site improvements included the installation of mast arms and school flashers.
