HSQ Group, Inc was responsible for modifying the overall PUD for Villa Portofino East to accommodate for the Hampton Inns & Suites. The scope of work also included the site plan preparation and processing. Construction plans preparation for water, sewer, paving and grading, signing and pavement marking, cost estimation, permitting from Miami-Dade County DERM and construction inspection were also part of the scope of services for this Commercial Center.

Project Description: 3 Acre Commercial Retail Development
The project included the design of a water distribution, sewage collection and drainage system. The drainage system design included the modification of the master overall surface water management permit for the entire industrial park. There was a right turn lane, sidewalk and drainage improvements constructed within Commercial Boulevard.

Project Description: 18,000 S.F. Office Building
Water, sewer and drainage system designs were required on the project. The development also included a modification to the overall master drainage permit through both the Central Broward Water Control District and the South Florida Water Management District.
